The delegation included representatives of preferential zones and businesses from 10 regions of Russia: Moscow, Moscow, Lipetsk, Omsk, Penza, Novosibirsk, Kaluga, Sverdlovsk regions, Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Tatarstan.
“Last November at the investment forum in Moscow, we signed a partnership agreement with ACTP RF and today we are welcoming colleagues from ten Russian regions with a business mission. Our task is not only to acquaint participants with the peculiarities of work and opportunities of the FEZ "Minsk", but also to promote the development of investment cooperation and industrial cooperation between enterprises of the two countries,” said Anatoly Buben, head of the FEZ "Minsk" administration.
As part of the business visit, the mission participants visited the production facilities and got acquainted with the products of the FEZ "Minsk" resident SUE “BELHYDRAULICA” of UPE “NIVA” Romanovich S.G.
During the discussion at the administration’s business platform, 8 cooperation agreements were signed at once. The free economic zone "Minsk" will develop partnerships with JSC "SEZ "Titanium Valley", Technopark "Idea", Machine Tool Cluster "PenzaStankoMash", Novorossiysk Industrial Technopark, JSC "SEZ "Avangard", Industrial Technopark KEMZ, SEZ "Dobrograd- 1".
Also, agreements on cooperation were signed by the heads of the National Agency for Investment and Privatization of the Republic of Belarus and the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia.
“The Association strives to promote industrial cooperation in the Union State. The purpose of the mission is to familiarize colleagues from Russia with the Belarusian experience in the development and regulation of such infrastructure sites as free economic zones, technology parks and industrial parks, as well as to identify potential joint investment projects and establish business ties with Belarusian colleagues,” said the director of the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZ of Russia Mikhail Labudin.
The business visit program includes a visit to infrastructure sites and residents of the FEZ Gomel-Raton , the technology park Coral , the Minsk City TechnoPark and the Great Stone industrial park. In addition, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral cooperation agreements. The participants will sum up the results of the business mission during the plenary session, which will take place on April 5.
The organizers of the business mission are the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and Special Economic Zones of Russia, the FEZ "Minsk" administration.
