FEZ "Minsk" Territory

With further development of the territory of free economic zone “Minsk”, creation of additional conditions for attraction of national and foreign investments, Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus N459 of 3 September, 2010 was adopted. It changed borders of the territory of free economic zone “Minsk”. These changes affected 3 areas of FEZ “Minsk” territory.

Area 1.

-         Sector 3 (Shabany) is enlarged by 29,52 ha up to 415,7 ha due to lands of communal unitary enterprise “Sovhoz-agrofirma “Rassvet”, and due to specified borders of plots of land.

-         Sector 4 changed its location: the previous plot of land sized 150 ha (“Elnitsa”) is completely excluded, new territories with area of 7,37 ha are added.

Sector 1 and 2 are not changed.

Area 2.

-         Sector 1 (Obchak) is enlarged by 3,85 ha up to 73,37 ha due to changes of borders of FEZ enterprises located in this area;

-         2 new sectors are added:

Sector 3, sized 54,17 ha, is located next to village Privolnij;

Sector 4, sized 7,15, is located to the south-east from Sector 1.

Sector 2 (with the total area of 122,64 ha) remains without changes.

Area 3.

The territory was increased by 11,42 ha and now it makes 41,42 ha.

Area 5.

New plot of land with the area of 110,84 ha in Smolevichi region (not far from the National Airport “Minsk”).

Area 7 and 8.

New plots of land in the territory of Molodechno town (7,36 ha) and Molodechno region (21,96 ha) are created for implementation of projects by LLC “Triple-Veles” aimed at reconstructing and technical re-equipment of Molodechno meat-packing plant and constructing of new production premises on meat processing.

Area 4 (near National airport “Minsk”) and area 6 (JSC “Horizont”) are not changed.
